The black bike looks brazed to me. As far as I know all the brazed bikes were hand made by TR.
But...this site is the best place for Ritchey information

There are catalog scans, serial numbers, articles photos and builds of many many Ritchey bikes.
If you go to the bike listings
http://www.oldmountainbikes.com/bikes/ you will see other Ritchey road bikes if you scroll down and look near the bottom right column. The listings generally have serial numbers, build specs and most of them have photos.
