When everybody around him is out of there seats and mashing the pedals to keep pace, he doesn't even have to bother as he stays in that awkward seating style of his. He rarely seems to come up out of his saddle all race! Really strong riding. His style of riding is tough to watch, at least for me with that flat back, straight armed look, but it obviously works for him. He is so much better than the rest of the field this season that he can even be the lead-out for another rider while wearing yellow! He really showed me something today.
Is it that track background coming through?
I am curious how his lead out of Edvald developed; it looked like he was going too fast for EBH to even catch his wheel. Maybe it was that he moved to soon and EBH wasn't planning to go at that time. Still, way to be a team player!
