Were you fitted to the bike properly? A saddle in the wrong position can cause pain as well.
If the pain persists, then go to your nearest Specialized shop and have them measure your sit bones. That number, combined with the style of riding that you do and the terrain that you do it on, will yield a couple of recommendations from them. Might be worth checking out.
