:) Look what Momma....

Dahon ('90ish ???) Zip Single Speed
Owner said purchased in 2004 but....
Price: $100/Craigslist
Rationale: Testing folder waters
Ride impressions:
Teehee! WEEEEEE!
The bike is very thin (??). Feels so fragile! Isn't! Rode it for 10 miles--pictures taken after significant rain. Stood up and rode bike didn't snap in half. The handlebar is very shaky--will have the bike mechanic in my neighborhood check it out. Is very squeaky like riding a WalMart Schwinn cruiser. Lots of noise from the fenders. FUN!!!!
Not sure if the black thingamajig supporting the handlebars is facing the correct direction. Yes, I have the manual---
Kinda like riding a BMX sorta--kinda twitchy and feels shaky but then I realized --hell I'm 5'10 my feet are on the ground--like drowning in two feet of water. (Sorry may be a poor simile but...) my point: I am in control not the bike.

Conclusion: Upgrade (Tern) immediately!
