Hi,
I think I drank some bad water on Sunday that I got from a faucet near Lake Mead at a picnic area just off the relatively new River Mountain Trail near Henderson, NV. The drive back to SoCal yesterday was excruciating and once home you can probably imagine the joys that followed. Anyway, I decided to weigh myself this morning and I was 147 lbs -- down almost 6 lbs from Friday. Now if I could stay that weight.
BTW, I don't recommend this form of weight loss. I am still suffering a little.
