And you are wrong in what you think. With nicotine and the large number of other hazardous chemicals in cigarettes and their resulting smoke, those chemicals do cause allergic reactions in humans. Tobacco and tobacco smoke are two of the key allergens that medical specialist test for.
Nicotine is nasty enough that when wet, it is absorbed through the skin. Farm worker have died from nicotine overdose when working tobacco crops in wet conditions.
For the smokers that feel it is their right to blow smoke into my breathing zone, I am curious what their reaction would be if I sent a few puffs of irritant smoke their way and then I enjoyed watching them coughing their heads off.
