Doesn't make us mediocre, just makes us unconcerned with the amateur drama. When it gets up to professional, THEN we'll take notice. A few of us. Maybe. Because most of us couldn't care less about that either, because that's how our "ilk" rolls. We're just here to chat about riding our freakin' bikes, and to freely express our opinions. Everybody doesn't have to agree about everything.
My own mediocrity and that of my ilk runs deep. Happily, I embrace this, along with my own delusions, and manage to tolerate all the ilky idiots all around me.
Knowing they are delusions is the first step.
Some people here don't know they are delusions. That's when the delusions actually get delusional.
