I have no idea if $450 is a good price, but it is a cool frame:

This is a very unique bob jackson because it was only a limited run production. Bob Jackson used NOS (new old stock) nervex lugs that were made in france in the 50's 60's and 70's to make the "Nervex Pro" until they ran out of them sometime around 2004. The frame has a small dent on the toptube from when it was shipped to the US. It will not affect the ride performance or frame integrity because it is small and the frame is made of steel. This bike has never been built and has just been sitting around since 2003. It cost a little over 1400$ to custom build the frame. I have never seen another Bob Jackson Frame with a person's name custom painted on. This is your chance to own a beautiful handbuilt bike from england for less than half the price. I also have a full dura ace 8speed group set and brand new chris king 1 inch threadless headset that would go great on this bike. Thanks for looking and give me a call if you want to come check this bike out
