Dented drive side seat stay. Should I be concerned? (pic inside)

Fairly new bike...Gaulzetti Corsa aluminum frame...took it on it's first long ride of 70+ miles. Was riding with a buddy. He ran over a stone on the road shoulder, it shot out from under his tire and hit my seat stay hard (very loud). We weren't going that fast...maybe 20mph.

When I got home and examined the impact point, I noticed a dent...maybe 0.5 inches across. It's on the drive side seat stay...about 2 inches below where it joins the seat tube. I picked away some paint that had separated from the frame to have a better look. There is a small crease in the middle of the dent...probably a sharp edged rock that hit. The indentation is probably about 1mm deep.

How concerned should I be? Is this something I should be looking into a crash replacement for? Or is this minor enough to touch up with some nail polish and just forget about?

Thanks!
