That bike is HUGE!! are you 6'2" or taller? Other than that I agree with Work and Zuk a bit over priced.

How far is your commute? I think a mountain or hybrid type bike would be a better commuter, fatter tires and wider bars for a more stable ride carring bags and other items. Also IIRC Columbus is rather flat yes? how about a 3sp? it may seem geeky but you can often find some real nice ones cheap and the risk of theft goes down with the geekiness.

This looks a bit tall too but at $70 may be a good deal. http://columbus.craigslist.org/bik/3248372290.html plus the lack of a front derailleur (gear changer) means you could easily have a chain guard installed. Oh Lewis center may be a bit far from you.
