What i see is a lot of changed parts. Nothing specific to one person but a lot of covering up wear and tear perhaps, as well as some one's hopes for a really nice bike. I doubt the parts would be resaleable for the cost. Andy.
Well, it's not
Stock. In any case even if it were a custom (made to measure) bike, there's no advantage to the 2nd buyer, maybe even could be a disadvantage if it were built for someone with different proportions.
