Thanks Adam, I believe I've seen you at some races around. Tour de Frankenmuth this year and Big Bad Wolf cx last year, with the crazy bastards crew? I was the guy in the C race chasing ole Marc around at that race I'll have to try some different pressures out the morning of the race I suppose. I did 45 miles with pavement/gravel/singletrack at 45 psi and it wasn't to bad. Ran 60 the other day as mentioned and it felt like it rolled better, did a quick 16 miles this morning at 80 and that rolled nicely too. I was thinking exact same thing tough, the lower pressures would stick to the rock and trail part of the race better most likely.

Rivet - I agree there are much better tires but this is what I have for now. See how they work and maybe get something else for the race next month. At this point I've been feeling like crap for a week now, so the tires are probably going to be a moot point anyhow.
