This part happens to me a lot. My commute involves a very narrow road with a 25mph speed limit. For some reason, some people consider it a "short cut." Which can only be true if they speed. They can't safely pass around an s-curve, and when we make it around the curve there is a stop sign. So they blast past and decide the whole thing wasn't worth it unless they run the stop sign.
