the trolley operates year around as a tourist event. they ask a $5 donation. the
ride is ~20 minutes long, and goes along the south platte river. very nice ride.
when you get to the end, the car does not turn around. it stops and everyone
stands up and flips the backs of the seats over, then you turn around and sit on
the seat that was in front of you. i'll do some more pics, including the changing of the
seat backs.

Thanks. I'd glimpsed at your location quickly and thought you were in Southern California. It's nice to see an old trolley up and running, although I'd rather it were aimed at real commuters and not just tourists.

There used to be trains here in Spain that had those seats with the flippable backs, but they did away with them for some reason and now you often find yourself riding backwards, which I hate. I look forward to seeing more pics.
