Whoops had to adjust my ticker, I wasn't reading the scale right (I use the scale at work, trust me, it's confusing).
I think I'm at 250 now, so I'm guessing I was 260 a few weeks ago...that's as good as any place to start.
Holy moly how the heck did that happen. oh well, I'm on it.
