If your stated dimensions are correct you don't meet the 130 inch guideline. The half inch rounds up giving 47+((31+12)*2)=133.

Having said that, you are probably better off looking for an actual UPS center instead of the UPS Store. In my experience, locally, the UPS center has been more helpful than the local UPS stores.
