Very neat! I see a fair amount of Sekine's around here (Winnipeg) because they were manufactured in Manitoba for a brief time. There's a fairly long/comprehensive thread about Sekine's somewhere in here (the search function isn't the best) This is higher on their food chain than I usually see (forged DO's and a RD hanger) There are a few people on the forums that may be able to ID it on sight.
Yea I knew as soon as I saw it that it was a nice frame. The Lugwork is very good and the frame has a "Champion Butted Tubes" sticker. The Belt seat is also very hard to find from what I read. It had Araya 27" wheels at first but I nabbed a Ross with 700's and put those on this bike because I hate 27" wheels.
