I'm new to riding but I don't know how you guys do it. I've been off of work and have averaged about 20 km for the last four days straight. I'm kinda glad to be going to work tomorrow so I won't be able to ride. I know that the strength and endurance will come but right now the only thing I feel like doing is eating and taking a nap. lol
I'm more concerned with time spent on the bike than how far I've traveled. I figure that if I keep going out for an hour at a time and keep the pedals moving and try not to stop on the large hills then I'm doing alright. I will slowly extend that time but right now that's a pretty good workout.
