Creepy 60's Bike Safety Film (Monkeys?!)

I just saw "One Got Fat" , a 60's vintage bike safety film that melds jolly narrative with distinctly disturbing visuals.

Here's another review.

Any of you older forum members see this in school? Did it give you nightmares?
