One Month Report

Well I started one mounth ago on my journy of heath and trying to find myself. So I have rode my bike 46 miles and lost about 15 lbs. I set a goal to ride 100 miles before the end of the year. I have 54 miles more to go, but I think I can do it. At first I did not think it was possible, I was having to push to go 2 miles, now the hills don't seem as steep, and my rear doesn't hurt as bad on that seat . My problem is that I have a mountain bike and I really like riding the wooded trails and mountain bike parks, so the miles don't come as easy. But Who cares ? Right? Now I have to find a reasonable goal for the upcoming year. Do you think that 500 miles for the year is to few? Too much? I really don't know, like I said I like the trails and 3 miles on them is like 15 on the road, but I have only been at this for a month.
