Where are some good hills to sprint up in the phoenix area?

Edit: Question answered. South Mountain park is good, and the website even has a free topo map.

I heard of one called Camelback, but I don't know much about it. I just want to sprint up it and then walk my bike back down it.

The elevation change needs to be at least 100 feet over preferably less than half a mile. I need one with an accurately known elevation change between two points. I'm trying to measure my power output and calibrate a gym bike since they all give such different readings.
