The reason is that for whatever reason, a lot of roadies tend to be VERY ocd about their bikes and panic or fret over tiny things that most people wouldn't even notice. So long timers see a newbie poster who is being very ocd about their bike on their first post and decide to tease them a bit.

All in good fun. If the frame was unsafe or warranted a serious look, I imagine Rebel would have said so.
