GPS is useless for tracking high-speed efforts...and just about anything on the track for that matter.

Get the optional ANT+ speed sensor that measures from your wheel.

For the flying 200M in particular, take note of top speed. Top speed is directly related to your flying 200M time. You can also use a $50 Cateye Strada (or similar) computer to do the same thing.

Remember: Top speed is directly related to your flying 200M time. So, if you are training and don't have someone to time you, just take note of your top speeds and you'll have an idea of how you are doing. After a while you'll be able to make a good guess of your F200M time based on your top speed. At my home track, I can guess my F200M time within 0.1" based on my top speed.
