Thanks K.T. I know that what you are saying is only to help me. I found what Dr, Fuhrman had to say to be very interesting. At this point I'm kind of leary of all those "Diets" too. I haven't actually implemented the South Beach plan yet, I'm still reading the book, so worst case scenerio...I'm out the six bucks it cost. I guess I just need to use my noodle and eat healthy foods, and get some excercise. Less refined stuff, and more of the things God made. I doubt that HE would steer me wrong. I suppose we are all looking for someone to spell it out for us, when indeed, all we need to do is enlist a little common sense. Thanks Bud! Peace, Ritz.
