A couple of suggestions:
1) glasses are better than goggles-they don't fog as easily
2) rubbing alcohol applied to any surface in a thin layer will reduce fogging
3) ever hear of Fog-X********************
My glasses seem to fog up worse than my goggles though they clear up faster and I would rather take the gravel on my cheap plastic lenses
