Both are nice bikes. Both have quality components. Nothing wrong with 105. External cable routing is just fine. Internal just looks nice. Buy the one that fits you best and rides best. This is very subjective. Also, make sure you like how it looks. Sounds silly, but if you had the most comfortable bike in the world but hated how it looked, it would bug you. Go with what you like. You can't go wrong with either.

BTW, if you are interested in building up a bike and you ride a 58cm frame, I have a Scott CR1 Team frame that is darn near new for sale. Just sayin'. :-)
