I disagree. The pics are not good enough to tell the condition of that frame. The one shot of the fork looks, to me, a little dirty with some very minor surface rust which should easily be fixed by anyone.

The brakes (campy monoplane Chorus), brake levers (Campy), cranks (Chorus?) are worth easily $75-100 each. The HS looks Campy (probably Chrorus) to me as well. Not to mention the Modolo stem/bars. All very nice stuff that could easily be parted out for a tidy profit -and the buyer would still have a nice Super Vitus framed pug.
