I got them and love 'em. In fact, I ordered the entire Cyclo 90 base plan, which has the HIT sessions and 5 Core / Yoga /Resistance workouts and a 90 day plan (similar to p90x) that tells you what workout to do and when. I'm two weeks into the plan and am stronger than ever - no lie - and the workout helped eliminate years of nagging shoulder and knee problems - which I now realize were due to muscle imbalance. I can't wait to try it out this Spring when I come off but I am extremely impressed so far.
