My NiteRider light pickup truck "takedown" (VIDEO)

On the way home from work I was behind a white pickup truck for a short time before he pulled over to the curb because of my flashing front light (NiteRider Minewt). This is not the first time I have scored a "takedown" with that light, although it has been several months since the last time.

- about 45 seconds. If the video ends before I pass the white truck, try this direct link: http://vimeo.com/57424698

I have gotten in the habit of running my "helmet cam" on the handlebars full time, so I catch every little thing during my commutes these days. I also run the Minewt up front and a Dinotti rear flasher day and night. Motorists are seeing me, that's for sure.

Not so much for the Zombies though. Here is a little bonus footage (00:15) of a Meanderthol who wandered into traffic right in front of me just before the pickup truck takedown. Didn't even look, even though this street is a busy auto/bicycle route. Enjoy.

The past few months have been uneventful. Today it all caught up with me.
