They did their homework when they design the frame.
+1 on both counts.
Without needing to start the silly "I ride my bikes more than I look at them" argument (yet again), I look at bikes all day long as a shop owner and differences in quality are pretty easy to recognize.

Just in case you need a better look:
IMO, the welds on the Thunderdome are much cleaner and nicer looking than all of the aluminum Cinelli frames I've got hanging in the shop - which are often atrocious considering how much those frames cost:
Again, I'm not saying there's anything wrong with the Pake. I'm just pointing out some obvious differences that may justify the price of the Thunderdome to some.
