For a less than 1mm difference, use the same spoke.

Generally there's about 3mm of working tolerance between the minimum and maximum correct spoke length (based on height in the nipple. When there's more dish we need two lengths because otherwise the working margin of error becomes unacceptably narrow. But with less than 1mm difference, you shouldn't have any problems.
