Hang in there ... dealt with it before, still deal with it at times ...

Meds help me, a little, but they're nothing like the feeling I get after riding, and yes, that even includes riding in the basement on a trainer while I suffer through another Midwest winter.

Commit to doing it ... and when you don't feel like it, make yourself go. It's the LAST thing you want to do, I know, because it happens to me, but do it ...
