Will do rkwaki. Thank you once again and I am really hoping this helps with the cravings and keeping my weight in check.
I do know that this past Sunday I did not eat enough on the bike (almost 4 hours); I usually ride with perpetuum and some pro bars which contain a variety of carbs protein and fat. I had a large piece of cod and catfish afterwards but a few hours too late.
