say what? I'm more than capable of assembling a bike and would in fact prefer to do so. Of course I can adapt. My floor pump even works with both types by just sliding a little switch. I was just saying it would be nice if I could just buy one type/size of tube to use on both bikes. But it's not a big deal if I can't. But I do prefer presta valves. All my bikes I had when I was younger used schraeders, but both of my current bikes use presta and I now like them better.
Planning to stop into the LBS on Saturday to pick up a couple things for my other bikes, might see if they carry Kool Stop brake pads. Would be nice to start out fresh with good brake pads on this new bike instead of whatever crap it comes with.
