It doesn't look like on
Craigslist right now there are a lot of options. You may consider expanding your search outside of the SF Bay, or waiting until something better comes up.
If you can find a Cannondale Road Tandem 2 you'd be in great shape, as these are terrific values
new, and that much better used. The problem with Santana's is all the proprietary specs and components that are difficult to extricate yourself from.
Here's an interesting find,
a Specialized. You should be able to get pretty good service for that at your nearby Mike's Bikes!
