And yours sounds pretty close to mine. Add Goji berries, 'Very Green' from TJ's, walnuts, psyllium powder and ginger spice. I use the 'protein blend' I've mentioned, but that's small potatoes. I also use 'Coach's Oats' which is a cracked oat with a similar consistency to steel cut. Again, doesn't really matter. Funny how we've gravitated to the same thing independently.

Every once in a while I will do the omelet-loaded-with-veggies thing for breakfast. Delicious. In fact, I might do that for lunch today.
