It is likely for an off brand hub of some type like a Bontrager, Coda something like that. Do the tabs look like shimano compatible?

The part in pic #3 is actually a part from inside a coaster brake. It is attached to the part driven by the cog and is srewed off and pushes on the brake pads when you pedal backwards. Then your start pedaling again it scrws in and releases the brake pads.

I don't think #2 is a valve tool but what it is escapes me at the moment.
