It is true that no such tax is proposed, but the email does suggest that the Rep. believes that cyclist should pay a registration fee. If that legislation were to be approved, who would pay such a fee? Recreational riders, probably not. Just those that ride for serious exercise, and die hard hobbyist. I apologize if my thread title was misleading.
