Actually the same dealer has Trek and Raleigh. I would be ok with either one considering that alone. Would have to drive to the Specialized dealer.

There is a Jamis dealer in town. It is a sporting goods store that has a bike shop upstairs. The "bike guy" is only there on Thurs. and sometimes Fri. They can't even shoot you a price until he is there. VERY little inventory where bikes are concerned and less than that of accessories. A few mtn bikes and some comfort bikes. No road bikes at all. People on here seem to like Jamis. They would get a look if the local service were better.

I hear ya on the aftermarket upgrades/info/whatever for the FX. I guess the fact they have been around that long, in more or less the same configuration, is a mark on the plus side of the page for them.
