I dont think hit and run drivers are scared. Most are drunk and everyone knows that hit and run accidents that result in major injury or death are usually only netting about 12 months served in jail.
A few video cameras that may or may not record the cyclists death are no reason to stop drinking and driving and hitting and fleeing now.
