Flickstand alternative -even works with fendered bikes

A flickstand is a neat invention but the bungie works very well too -even on fendered bikes. I've tried using a velcro pantleg protector but I rarely use one when in roadie mode. An old toe strap works well too but takes a bit longer to deploy.

This bungie stores neatly between the top cable stop clamp and the bottom cage clamp when not in use.

The bike doesn't roll and the bars stay locked straight ahead. I can lean the bike against anything and it stays put. It also works very well on the train. I wish I thought of this years ago.
