Exactly! It's not like people are going to not drive that day. They just wait to buy gas after the 10th or buy it before the 10th. Now if it was "buy no gas month" or "buy no gas year" we may have a better effect on prices from actually reducing demand. But, if people stoped driving that long I doubt they would go back to driving anyways.
