. Gentleman came into the shop today with a few questions on this bike he had purchased. I'm the resident bike nerd so the manager pointed him in my direction. I answered his questions and had a few of my own (being bike nerdy and all) so he says "would you like to see it? it's in the van".
Now his questions had been about having his 10 year old girl ride this bike. I had talked about getting it tuned and the brakes safe for the young lady. He opened the band and I looked upon a near mint 24" Breeze, no pitting on the chrome, new tires, rims not rusted hand grips perfect. Backside of the right chainstay had some grease on it, that was the only dirt I could find on the bike. It literally looked like it had been built up yesterday and ridden once. I was surprised he wanted to let his daughter ride it, it looked like it should be in a Schwinn Museum.
