Also, just seems like the ratchet system isn't working. Everything else seems to be ok. The screw holding the 'ultegra' bling cover on is there as is the tiny black screw underneath that and over where the cable goes thru. The cable isn't stuck in it or anything but I made sure it's in the right place within the assembly. Any other suggestions before I swear and cuss and piss and moan about having to spend 2-400 more on this new bike I just bought?
