I am almost tempted to go back to NYCEwheels (wonderful people) and ask for a reversed switch to try. There is a sweet spot for the sensor but it is hard to find.
The one thing i miss from the old display is the "load" meter that showed how much the bike was helping you or how much regen it was making. It actually helped me balance regen down hill and rechargeing.
Yea, sometimes you gots to move the magnet a bit to get it just right...
