+1 If you're going the eBay route shipping and fees will kill any benefit. Buyers look for shipped price (item and shipping) when bidding, and there is a per listing fee from eBay in addition to the percentage, as well as a per transaction fee from PayPal. Try local first if at all possible. I have the pleasure of living in a small town in the middle of the boonies so I am forced to go eBay if I want to sell anything.
