You'll probably start seeing them on sale since the Black Prince is available now (and a much better brake pad). Places that have tons of yellow pads left over will want to get rid of them. My thinking (since pads will last you between half a year to a year) is go ahead and spend a couple extra bucks to get the nicer ones. 1-2 dollars per month to have better braking is certainly worth it.
