Don't look at me. I'm the original cheapskate on clothing. The first year I commuted, my wife bought me a full rubber rainsuit, and I'm still using it. Not in the summer, of course, but the rest of the year when it's cold enough to not mind its heat-trapping properties. That and boots works well enough for me. I'm sure there's better stuff out there, but I'm too cheap/lazy to look.
