Water

Obviously this isn't new, but how many of you honestly only consume water? Have you tried going days, weeks, or even months drinking ONLY water? How did you feel? Did you lose a significant amount of weight? It has come to my attention that most of my calories come from liquids and not food. This is not good at all.

My plan was to stick to water only for an entire month while eating the same foods I normally would eat. Maybe (probably) weight will slowly fall off because the caloric beverages have been eliminated from my diet? And with the continuous consumption of water, I will feel 'fuller', thus reducing the amount of food that is eaten on a daily basis.

It's something that I want to stick to. Would any of you give this a try if you haven't already?
