That's a pretty good deal Patriot. The State of Washington has a Commute Trip Reduction program that is similar but they only dole out $2 a day with a max of $40 a month(when our office first started, some of us cyclists hit them for $44 a few times before our office manager noticed the limit). Any state worker who carpools, cycles, walks, jogs, buses or any other mode than single occupant driver can take part. You do have to form a group that has a 100 member potential to start the program though, so smaller units would have to team up to make it work. The $$ aren't enough to buy a bike but I don't seem to have any problem spending it at my LBS.
